With a wealth of knowledge of art, design and engineering, I strive to design cakes that create trends and stretch the realms of possibility.

I am a multi-award-winning cake artist who specialises in bespoke, style-led cake designs across Wales, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Cheshire, Stratford, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and UK wide.

My business ethos is to be as sustainable as possible. My cake designs are made using locally sourced and UK-made products. I also try to ensure the products I use in my cakes are ethically sourced and fair trade where possible.

I have a love of all things botanical. My delicate sugar flowers are created by hand, petal by petal with care and love. I strive to make them as botanically correct and realistic as possible, so they can be kept as a treasured memory for years to come. I take the humble cake and turn it into a delicious work of art, encompassing classic style and contemporary elegance that will certainly become a focal point of your wedding celebrations.

I only take on a select number of wedding cakes per year to ensure that each couple gets my full attention - creating a masterpiece that not only looks incredible but also tastes divine.
